Weekend Guide: Escape to Jolley’s Ranch Campground

If you’ve spent any time exploring Springville, you know that the "Art City" charm doesn’t stop at the city limits. Just a few miles up Hobble Creek Canyon lies Jolley’s Ranch, a 360-acre mountain recreation park that feels a world away from the valley hustle.

Whether you’re planning a summer campout or looking for a winter wonderland, Jolley’s Ranch is the ultimate year-round destination.

The Summer Experience: Green Grass and Disc Golf

From May 1st to October 31st, the ranch is a lush haven for families and outdoor enthusiasts.

The Campground: There are 57 campsites (both tent and RV-friendly). Most sites feature power hookups and every site has water, a picnic table, and a fire pit.
- Note: There are no shower or sewage disposal facilities, so plan your RV logistics accordingly!
Disc Golfing: Jolley’s is home to a premier 18-hole disc golf course. It’s moderately wooded and offers plenty of shade, making it a great way to spend a summer afternoon.
The "White Barn": If you’re into photography, the iconic white barn on-site is a local legend. It’s a favorite spot for family portraits and weddings.

The Winter Experience: Sledding and Snowshoeing

When the snow falls, the ranch transforms into a hub for winter sports. It’s arguably the best spot in Utah County for a "classic" winter day.

Sledding & Tubing: The hills at Jolley’s are famous. There’s a designated tubing hill that is safe, fast, and perfect for kids.
Nordic Trails: You’ll find nearly five miles of groomed trails for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.
The Warming Hut: After you’ve had your fill of the cold, you can head to the warming shelter to thaw out your toes.
