I would like to acknowledge the professional and personal service I received from Lori Collins through out my real estate transactions with the Real Estate Center.

Beginning a search for a new home in mid January 2005, Lori kept me informed of all the properties in the Benicia, Vallejo area and we continued to look at many of them.  In February Lori listed my home in Vallejo and had a realtors walk through the same week and an open house on Sunday.  I had an offer and secure buyer by the next Wednesday.  The following week I was able to make an offer on a townhouse in Benicia which was accepted. 

Having no knowledge of real estate transactions, Lori was so helpful in explaining every question I had and advising me through each procedure of selling and buying.  All of this was completed in less than 30 days.  Wow!!!  I am in my new home and enjoying it.

Dear Lori,

I know this is late in coming, but I wanted to thank you for all you did for us during the sale of our home and rental property.  I knew Realtors help people buy and sell homes, but I never understood how much work you have to put into the process.  You handled the paperwork in a smooth, efficient manner.  You took care fo the open house on both properties and you brought us viable offers within hours of putting the houses on the market.  That much I expected, but you helped us get through home inspections, negotiating changes in the purchase contracts, getting the additional work done in a timely manner.  You helped us find a competent contractor to do the needed work and supervised his progress.  And you were always there to "hand hold" when we started to get panicky over the whole process.
